Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Financial Expert to manage our financial operations. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in accounting principles with extensive experience in the real estate industry.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate financial records, process invoices, payments, and payroll, and reconcile bank and credit card statements to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Prepare detailed financial reports, generate insights on financial activities, and create charts, reports, and presentations that effectively communicate findings to executives and stakeholders.
  • Analyze key metrics, identify trends, and research market conditions, competitor strategies, and industry benchmarks to support strategic planning.
  • Provide actionable recommendations to optimize operations, increase revenue, and improve profitability.

The ideal candidate should be proficient in QuickBooks Pro and Xero, have a strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting, excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, ability to work independently and meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
