Job Description

This position involves processing invoices on a weekly basis, ensuring accurate settlement of invoices before payment. You will also be responsible for posting invoices in our Concur system, collecting and analyzing data to maximize customer service and performing various administrative tasks.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual who can work effectively in a team environment, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 2-4 years of experience in the transportation/shipping industry
  • Administrative experience
  • Inventory management/data entry experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office - Excel
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
