We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional service to clients through various communication channels.
The ideal candidate will possess strong written and verbal communication skills, aligning with our company voice. A solid understanding of products, procedures, and resolutions is essential for success in this role.
Your Responsibilities:- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, creating memorable service interactions.
- Demonstrate empathy, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills to resolve customer issues.
- Collaborate with team members to offer support, provide answers, and present customer insights and trends.
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 12 months of contact center experience within the last 2 years.
- The ability to speak, read, and write in both Spanish and English at a B2 level.
- Must have at least 1 year of work experience as a Spanish Bilingual in a BPO or customer service industry.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices, particularly Salesforce.
- The ability to perform all duties while sitting and/or standing for prolonged periods.
