We are seeking skilled professionals to fill the role of a Bilingual Customer Service Representative. This position is perfect for individuals who possess excellent communication skills and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner, providing solutions that meet customers' needs.
  • Resolving issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of first-call resolution.
  • Research and coordinate with internal departments to resolve inquiries and provide accurate information.
  • Documenting customer interactions and claims in CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
  • Utilizing internal knowledge bases and training programs to answer questions confidently and effectively.
  • Following all required scripts, policies, and confidentiality protocols, upholding the highest standards of professionalism.
  • Escalating complex issues to supervisors when necessary, prioritizing timely resolutions.
  • Staying current on program updates through regular training and team meetings, demonstrating a commitment to ongoing learning.
  • Meeting attendance and schedule requirements, showcasing reliability and punctuality.

Candidate Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years old and hold a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective interaction with customers and colleagues.
  • Able to type at a rate of 20+ words per minute, with basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with Windows operating systems, along with strong problem-solving, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
  • Reliable and punctual, with strong time management skills and the ability to multi-task, stay focused, and work independently.
  • Team-oriented, with a positive and customer-first mindset, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Preferred qualifications include 1+ year of experience in customer service, technical support, inside sales, back-office, chat, or administrative support.
  • Experience working on state or federal programs is also an asset.
