What You'll Do:

  • Utilize Gorgias and Shopify to manage tickets and ensure fast, efficient support.
  • Stay informed on product updates and support practices to maintain a consistent customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience with both Shopify and Gorgias.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple conversations simultaneously.
  • Empathetic, patient, and reliable when addressing customer concerns.
  • Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a team-oriented approach.
