Remote Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Representative. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, resolving their queries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
About the Role- This is a remote work opportunity that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home or office.
- You will be the first point of contact for our customers' queries, which may include order and product questions, payment matters, and website guidance.
- Your primary responsibility will be to provide assistance to customers, drivers, shippers, and delivery service partners to ensure successful deliveries.
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, or chat.
- Resolve technical issues related to Amazon's website, Prime services, and digital devices (Echo, Kindle, etc.).
- Gather intelligence to prevent potential issues impacting customer experience and delivery performance.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in using various tools and software.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
- Competitive pay starting at PhP 18,700 monthly.
