Overview of the Role:

The Executive Manager will spearhead the implementation of best practice services through our Technology Business Centres. This includes Incubation, Technology Transfer and Quality and Standards functions to enhance competitiveness and sustainability of Small and Medium Enterprises.

  • Develop and implement strategic objectives in a sustainable manner.
  • Establish an integrated Technology Programme strategy, policies, guidelines and business plan.
  • Oversee Seda Incubation operations and provision of support to Technology Business Centres.
  • Manage resources (People, Finance and Assets).

About You:

  • Matric (NQF Level 4) and Bachelor Degree (NQF Level 7), Honours (NQF Level 8) in Commerce/Technology Management/Engineering disciplines plus a Masters Degree (NQF Level 9)
  • 10+ year's work experience in the Small Enterprises Development Sector with at least 5 years' experience in Senior Management role.

We are looking for someone who can lead our team effectively and has the necessary skills and qualifications for this position.
