Subscription Management Specialist

As a Subscription Management Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing and optimizing our subscription management platform to meet business requirements.

  • Support day-to-day coordination of operational activities related to subscription billing and revenue recognition.
  • Collaborate with our business partners to gather requirements and understand their business processes related to subscription management.
  • Design and configure the subscription management platform to meet business needs, including product catalog setup, pricing, subscription creation, billing rules, and workflows.
  • Conduct system testing, troubleshoot issues, and provide resolution or workarounds.
  • Develop and train users on subscription management best practices.
  • Assist with data migration and integration efforts, including defining data mapping and validation rules.
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance of the subscription management platform.
  • Stay up to date with the latest features and enhancements of the platform and evaluate their applicability to client environments.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend solutions to optimize clients' subscription management processes.

What You Will Bring

  • 4+ years of experience in developing features for enterprise level applications, preferably using C#.net/Java.
  • Experience in working under a structured project management framework.
  • Ability to deliver work to schedule and effectively manage workload and priority.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication with different types of audience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams.
