Enterprise Workday Solutions Expert

This role involves implementing and configuring enterprise-scale Workday solutions for a global customer base. Key responsibilities include working closely with team members, managing workload independently, and designing and delivering solutions aligned to customer needs.
The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in a customer-facing consulting environment. Additionally, the ability to work within teams, plan own workload, and meet deadlines is essential.
We are seeking a highly skilled individual who can apply relevant standards and procedures to their work while maintaining high quality, accuracy, and attention to detail. The successful candidate will also be able to come up with improvements in tools and/or processes to help the practice.
Key Responsibilities:- Implement and configure enterprise-scale Workday solutions
- Manage workload independently and work closely with team members
- Design and deliver solutions aligned to customer needs
- Apply relevant standards and procedures to work while maintaining high quality, accuracy, and attention to detail
- Workday HCM, Financials or Payroll Certification (US payroll a must)
- Experience in a customer-facing consulting environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work within teams and plan own workload
- Able to meet deadlines and apply relevant standards and procedures
