
Enterprise Account Manager

The Enterprise Coordinator role involves managing strategic restaurant accounts in Asia, ensuring client retention and satisfaction. This position reports to the Senior Director of Growth and involves building relationships, providing training, conducting business reviews, resolving issues, gathering feedback for product improvements, and devising account strategies.
This is a project-based role with a full-time schedule and based in London time zone. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on various projects and contribute to the growth and development of our clients' businesses.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage strategic restaurant accounts in Asia
- Ensure client retention and satisfaction
- Build relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Provide training and support to clients
- Conduct business reviews and resolve issues
- Gather feedback for product improvements
- Devise account strategies and implement plans
- At least 1 year of administrative experience
- Prior experience in quality assurance is a strong plus
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google suite
- Able to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in the restaurant industry (in an administrative capacity) is a plus
- Knowledge and/or hands-on experience in Jira/Trello, Monday.com, Apple Maps
We're looking for a strong communicator and team player who thrives in a collaborative, high-performing environment. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with experience in administrative support, able to work with minimal supervision.
Familiarity with project management tools and navigation apps is a plus. Adaptability and accountability are key in this role.
