At First Focus, we're seeking an accomplished IT Support Technician to join our team of technical professionals. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and expertise to our customers in Australia.
About the Role- We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced IT Support Technician who can provide remote and phone-based support to our customers in Australia.
- You will be responsible for supporting servers, desktops, and applications within Microsoft AD and Exchange environments.
- Your duties will also include delivering support for Terminal Services, VMware, and Citrix-based cloud infrastructure.
- You will work with highly experienced solutions experts to maintain best practice environments.
- Advanced understanding of end-user support and Active Directory.
- Good general knowledge of Windows Server and Exchange.
- Solid understanding of troubleshooting Microsoft 365.
- A general knowledge of technical infrastructure from desktop to firewall, including LAN & WAN networking principles.
- Experience working with an IT outsourcer or managed service provider (MSP).
- An understanding of ticketing systems and customer service principles.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English.
