Job Title: Channel Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to manage various sales channels, ensuring they contribute to the production of our products under Unsecured Lending and Cards.
About the Role:The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple sales cycles, including initial contact, client needs identification, presentations, negotiation, underwriting, and implementation.
They will communicate and interact with channel partners, officers, and staff to foster stronger partnerships and collaborations.
The ideal candidate will have experience in Personal Loans product management and product development, as well as knowledge of sales processes, credit policies, systems, operations, audit, and compliance.
They will also possess skills in campaign and channel management.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage multiple sales cycles, including initial contact, client needs identification, presentations, negotiation, underwriting, and implementation.
- Grow the business by at least +20% YOY (New Customers, Loan Volume), or depending on business requirements.
- Graduate of a Bachelor's Degree.
- At least 2 to 4 years of experience in Personal Loans product management and product development.
- Banking.
