About the Role:
  • Guest Service: Handle guest inquiries with courtesy and respond promptly to their needs.
  • Service Standards: Serve food and beverages according to established service standards and presentation.
  • Mise-en-place: Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining areas.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Knowledge: Have a comprehensive understanding of our products, policies, and procedures, including fire safety, hygiene, health, and safety regulations.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure proper maintenance and inventory of equipment, wares, and supplies.
Responsibilities include:
  1. Handle guest inquiries courteously.
  2. Serve food and beverages to guests according to established service standards and presentation.
  3. Perform side duties as assigned daily by management.
  4. Have a comprehensive understanding of the hotel's products, offerings, policies, and procedures, including fire safety, hygiene, health, and safety regulations.
  5. Ensure proper maintenance and inventory of equipment, wares, and supplies.
  6. Perform other duties as directed by management from time to time.
