As a leader in onboarding, you will be responsible for the daily activities of our markets client data team.

The primary function of this role is to support the efficient and timely setup and lifecycle management of market and regulatory requirements.

You will work closely with various teams including sales, relationship, credit, legal, compliance, and operations to ensure seamless execution and quality control.

Key responsibilities include workflow management, email request monitoring, client onboarding, bulk request management, escalation response, and stakeholder management.

Requirements:

  • Extensive knowledge of financial services operations, regulations, and risk management principles
  • Strong understanding of markets products and their lifecycles, including Dodd Frank, FATCA, CRS, EMIR, MiFID
  • Experience within the financial services industry, quality assurance, and auditing
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
