Responsibilities (Business Growth Associate)
  • Market & Client Development: Identify and analyze potential markets, industries, and target customer segments. Research client needs, pain points, and competitor activities to uncover opportunities.
  • Lead Generation & Qualification: Drive lead generation through digital platforms, campaigns, networking events, referrals, and partnerships. Qualify prospects to build a strong and actionable sales pipeline.
  • Sales Outreach & Engagement: Conduct outreach campaigns (calls, emails, social, and events) to engage potential clients and strategic partners. Nurture relationships through consistent communication and follow-ups.
  • Proposals & Sales Enablement: Assist in preparing sales decks, proposals, and client pitches tailored to customer requirements. Support the sales team in meetings, negotiations, and client onboarding.
  • CRM & Pipeline Management: Track, manage, and update leads using CRM tools. Monitor progress, follow-up activities, and sales conversion metrics to ensure pipeline health.
  • Go-to-Market & Campaign Execution: Support the development and implementation of go-to-market strategies. Collaborate with marketing teams to align campaigns, promotions, and projects with sales objectives.
  • Brand & Event Representation: Represent the company at networking events, trade shows, expos, and client activations to build brand visibility and attract potential customers.
  • Marketing Asset Development: Assist in creating key visual assets and content for sales campaigns, digital marketing, and promotional activities.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor KPIs on lead generation, conversions, partnerships, and campaign effectiveness. Provide insights and recommendations for performance improvements.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with operations and delivery teams to ensure client expectations are met. Gather feedback to refine offerings and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Documentation & Compliance: Support client onboarding, maintain accurate records of communications and agreements, and ensure compliance with internal processes.
Qualifications
  • Educational Qualifications: Minimum of High/Senior High School degree; a degree in business or related field is a plus.
  • Experience Level: Preferably with 1-3 years working experience but suitable for entry-level candidates with less than 1 year of experience, or fresh graduates.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours; occasional overtime may be required during busy periods.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, with a proactive mindset, strong communication skills, and an eagerness to learn and grow within the company.
