We are seeking a meticulous Bookkeeper to provide essential financial support across our multifamily real estate portfolio.

This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities in a remote setting.

The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft Excel.

A Bachelor's degree in the related field is preferred, but not required. Prior experience in real estate or a multi-entity environment is an added advantage.

We offer a competitive package for this position. The successful candidate will be responsible for recording and categorizing transactions, maintaining general ledgers, preparing account reconciliations, managing bank activity, processing payments and disbursements, reconciling corporate credit card activity, monitoring accounts payable and receivable, and assisting with entity-level financial statement preparation.

The ideal candidate should have prior experience working with Yardi and excellent communication skills.
