Financial Expertise Sought

BH Properties is seeking a highly skilled professional to fill a key role in our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Produce regular reports on funding, liquidity and market trends for multifamily properties.
  • Generate quarterly loan compliance reports for major lending partners and monitor ground lease reporting compliance.
  • Develop and maintain Yardi reports for asset and property managers, including rent roll, income statements, budgets, and tenancy schedules.
  • Analyze loan financing and refinancing requests, preparing underwriting and executive summaries.
  • Review and update yearly budgets for multifamily, general ledger, and office suites.
  • Identify replacement and relinquished properties for 1031 exchanges, calculating deferred tax gains and losses.
  • Assist with acquisitions and dispositions, reviewing closing statements and updating property tax basis.
  • Manage loan information in LoanBoss and generate special reports as needed.
Requirements
  • Latin honors degree from a reputable university.
  • Bachelor's degree in real estate, finance, or accounting preferred.
  • 2-5 years of experience in real estate asset management and/or acquisitions.
  • Experience with top consulting firms or financial institutions.
  • Advanced Excel modeling skills and strong quantitative abilities required.
