Job Title

We are seeking an accomplished Technical Support Specialist to deliver exceptional technical services and support to clients.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for effective troubleshooting, problem-solving skills to meet customers' needs. They will also provide assistance with application development, ensuring they can operate and use our instruments proficiently.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing technical support to customers via phone, email, or other communication channels
  • Developing and implementing solutions to customer complaints and issues
  • Assisting customers with application development and maintenance
  • Coordinating with distributors to ensure efficient work processes and optimal results

Requirements:

  • Experience in operating Gas Chromatography (GC) or Gas Chromatography Mass Spectrometer (GCMS)
  • 1-2 years of laboratory experience or 3rd party laboratory experience
  • Graduated in Analytical Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Food Science and Engineering, Mechanics or related majors
  • Skilled user of MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, and MS Word
  • Good professional ethics and compliance with company policies, local laws, and regulations

Qualifications:

  • Understand and have experience in operating Gas chromatography (GC) or Gas Chromatography Mass Spectrometer (GCMS).
  • Have 1~2 years of laboratory experience or 3rd party laboratory. Good experience in Service within analytical instrument industry.
  • Graduated in any of the following majors - Analytical Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Food Science and Engineering, Mechanics or related majors. Experience in analytical chemistry industry.
  • Skilled user of MS PowerPoint/MS Excel/MS Word
  • Good professional ethics. Comply with company policies, local laws and regulations
  • Good team player. Can work well with staff and customers from diversified backgrounds.
  • Good cooperation and coordination abilities. Excel under pressure.
  • Hard working, strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation.
