Key Account Manager

The position of a Key Account Manager plays a critical role in driving customer success and growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, ensuring they receive exceptional service and support.

  • Develop deep knowledge of the company's platform and use cases to effectively guide clients in adopting features that improve their workflow and ROI.
  • Nurture customer health from onboarding through renewal by providing timely support, conducting regular check-ins, and proactively managing churn risks.
  • Partner with internal teams to surface upsell and cross-sell opportunities through consultative conversations, ultimately increasing revenue and retention.

Success in this role requires a unique blend of business acumen, technical expertise, and interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will be able to think critically, communicate effectively, and drive results-oriented solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in Account Management or Customer Success, with a focus on retention and product adoption.
  • Exceptional verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
  • Familiarity with client management software and tools such as Salesforce.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
