Cyber Infrastructure Specialist

Job Summary:

We seek a highly skilled Cyber Infrastructure Specialist to lead our technical operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills and experience managing various platforms, including WooCommerce, Airtable, Zapier, and N8n.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues, including bugs in WooCommerce checkout and plugin conflicts.
  2. Manage monthly updates for WordPress, including core, theme, and plugins.
  3. Maintain and update lightweight custom scripts in JavaScript and PHP.
  4. Build and manage workflow automations using Zapier as a central tool.
  5. Support and configure Airtable bases, views, automations, and permission settings.
  6. Collaborate with developers on advanced workflows and integrations using Zapier and N8n.
  7. Maintain syncing and data integrity between Salesforce and Airtable.
  8. Provide tech support for Google Workspace, including Sheets and Drive access and permission issues.
  9. Offer general technical assistance across teams and departments.
  10. Document internal systems and help optimize workflows.
  11. Align technical solutions with production and operations needs.
  12. Create and refine task templates and internal workflow systems.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or a related technical role.
  • Proven experience managing and troubleshooting WordPress/WooCommerce, Airtable, Salesforce, and GSuite/Google Workspace.
  • Strong Zapier expertise is essential.
  • Experience with N8n is a plus, especially building workflows and working with its agent capabilities.
  • Familiarity with scripting for automations (JavaScript, PHP) and no-code/low-code tools like Notion, Make, and Monday.com.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and communicate clearly.
  • Comfortable collaborating across departments in a remote-first environment.
