Position Title: IT Operations Manager

Work Set Up: On-site

Schedule: 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM PH Time

Job Location: Clark Outsourcing - Building 35 Philexcel Business Park, Clark Pampanga

Quick Rundown:

The IT Operations Manager ensures the efficient, compliant, and service-oriented functioning of the IT Department. This role balances people leadership, policy enforcement, KPI monitoring, and cross-department coordination. As the operational counterpart to the IT Manager, the Operations Manager ensures alignment with company mandates, drives administrative rigor, and fosters a culture of ownership, integrity, and teamwork.

What You'll Do:

• Proven experience in IT operations leadership, including managing and mentoring technical teams

• Strong background in IT infrastructure, systems management, and network security

• Hands-on experience with IAM, user support, onboarding/offboarding, and service delivery

• Knowledge of VOIP, Active Directory, firewalls, backups, and system upgrades

• Skilled in developing IT processes, documentation, and compliance reporting

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to manage performance, drive team culture, and align IT with business goals

• Experience conducting audits and optimizing IT processes for efficiency and security

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field preferred
  

What We're Looking For:

• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide high-performance team

• High organizational and prioritization skills

• Able to demonstrate initiative and set clear team goals

• Experience configuring and managing Fortigate firewalls

• Knowledge of Windows Server 2008/R2, 2012/R2 & 2016, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, WSUS, RDS, and Group Policy

• Expertise in local network setup and configuration

• Proficient in firewall setup, including routing and VPN

• Skilled in server and firewall security hardening

• Familiar with hardware storage technologies (RAID, NAS, SAN)

• Experience with PBX or VOIP systems is a plus

• Proficiency in MS Office or Google Suite

• Excellent English language skills (written and oral)
