Job Summary

This is a technical operations role that requires providing support to the organization.

  • Support involves assisting employees with Microsoft 365 apps, Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, and other applications.
  • The role also entails supporting various platforms such as Microsoft Windows, MacOS, Android, and iOS.
  • Additionally, the successful candidate will assist with network maintenance, troubleshooting, modifications, and upgrades of all facilities.
  • Fortinet FortiGate Gateways and high availability setups are also part of this role.
  • Maintaining user/customer requests in ConnectWise Automate and shared inbox email is another key responsibility.
Key Qualifications
  • Proven experience in an IT Helpdesk or technical support role.
  • A strong understanding of computer hardware, software, and network is essential.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail are required.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for success in this role.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT and excellent customer service skills.

Additional responsibilities may include assisting with AI training and validation, documenting department procedures, and performing other duties as assigned by the manager.
