Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic HR Leader to oversee our Human Resources, general affairs, and accounting functions. This role will involve liaising with government agencies, managing contracts and visas for foreign workers, and strengthening our recruitment and human resources capabilities.

Responsibilities
  • HR Management: Lead the recruitment process, enhance HR strategies, and contribute to talent development by designing and implementing initiatives that promote employee growth and well-being.
  • General Affairs: Manage administrative tasks and maintain relationships with local government agencies, ensuring compliance with regulations and optimal collaboration.
  • Visa and Contract Management: Oversee visa processes and contract administration for foreign employees, guaranteeing seamless onboarding and adaptation to company policies.
  • Team Leadership: Manage a team of 10 or more staff members, fostering a culture of open communication, transparency, and collective achievement.
  • Process Improvement: Propose and implement improvements for operational efficiency, driving business growth and innovation through data-driven insights and best practices.

Key Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree holder
• Minimum 3 years of experience as HRGA Manager
• Proven experience handling procedures with Philippine government agencies
• Experience managing a team of 10 or more members
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
• Ability to communicate effectively in both written and spoken English in a business setting

Preferred but Not Required: • Accounting Experience: Knowledge of accounting practices is a plus
• Negotiation Skills: Strong ability to manage negotiations with government agencies and external partners
