Enterprise Account Executive

Job Summary:
We are looking for a talented B2B Sales Agent to join our team at Leaftel Inc. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue by engaging potential business clients, understanding their needs, and offering our company's products and services.
Main Responsibilities:
- Cold calling to identify client needs and recommend company products/services.
- Qualifying leads and managing inquiries to convert prospects into clients.
- Building and maintaining relationships to foster long-term partnerships.
- Identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities to drive revenue.
- Providing accurate and detailed information about offers and meeting/exceeding sales targets.
- Maintaining accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Providing feedback to improve products and sales strategies.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of B2B sales, telesales, or customer support experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to quickly build rapport.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive with a focus on achieving sales targets.
- Comfortable with long and complex sales cycles.
- Resilient and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in challenging and rewarding sales environment.
- Strong time management, organization, and deadline adherence.
- Ability to work independently or in a team.
- Open to ongoing training and development.
- Experience with appointment setting and LinkedIn is a plus.
