Home-Based Sales Support Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as a Home-Based Sales Support Associate. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, managing backend project management, and working closely with end users, sales executives, suppliers, and account managers.

  • Responsibilities include recommending ideas for improving organization and systems to the sales team, assisting in designing and implementing systems within the department, typing emails and general correspondence, preparing sales-related quotes, drawings, sales orders, documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.

  • Additionally, this role involves providing backup telephone answering, scheduling meetings, creating and issuing meeting agendas, taking and issuing detailed meeting notes, researching and identifying customer contact information via email, Zoominfo, LinkedIn, phone, etc., inputting and collating data into CRM, liaising with current and prospective customers.

  • Key qualifications include proficient keyboarding/data entry skills, strong knowledge of company products and capabilities, capable in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Smartsheet, working knowledge of applicable CRM and ERP software, high school diploma or equivalent, with a college or university degree preferred, or an acceptable combination of education and relevant experience.
