Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated E-Commerce Sales Support Specialist to join our team. As an E-Commerce Sales Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support via phone, live chat, email, and SMS.

You will work closely with customers to resolve product and order-related concerns, provide personalized product recommendations, and assist with making confident shopping decisions.

Additionally, you will be responsible for monitoring and updating orders, resolving order-related concerns with speed and accuracy, and identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities to help boost revenue and improve the customer experience.

As an E-Commerce Sales Support Specialist, you will also be responsible for gathering customer insights and feedback to inform internal improvements, as well as communicating with the internal team to continually optimize the support process.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 1+ year of remote/online experience in e-commerce, customer service, or sales support.
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
  • Experience with Shopify, Gorgias, Zendesk, or other CRM platforms is a plus.
  • Ability to stay calm and resourceful when handling customer concerns.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced environment.
