Job Title: Zoho Expert

We are seeking an experienced Zoho professional to lead our business migration and management efforts. The ideal candidate will oversee the transition of our core operations, including inventory, customer management, sales tracking, invoicing, and integrations to Zoho One. This role requires strong technical skills and attention to detail to ensure a seamless migration process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Migrate our inventory, customer data, sales records, invoices, and integrations to Zoho with minimal disruption
  • Configure and optimize Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, and other Zoho applications for sales and financial efficiency
  • Set up automated workflows using Zoho Flow, Zapier, Make (Integromat), or Pabbly Connect for smooth third-party integrations
  • Develop custom Deluge scripts to automate tasks and enhance workflow efficiency
  • Ensure data security, manage user roles and permissions, and establish best practices for system use
  • Provide training to team members on Zoho functionalities, troubleshoot system issues, and optimize performance
  • Regularly update Zoho applications, enhance system capabilities, and improve efficiency based on business needs
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Proven expertise in Zoho One (Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Inventory, Zoho Analytics, Zoho Desk, and Zoho Creator)
  • Experience in data migration for inventory, sales, and financial records from other platforms to Zoho
  • Strong knowledge of automation tools (Deluge scripting, Zapier, Make/Integromat, Pabbly Connect)
  • Ability to integrate Zoho APIs with third-party applications (e-commerce, payment gateways, etc.)
  • Background in business process automation and optimization for retail industries
  • Excellent analytical skills to assess workflow efficiency and implement improvements
  • Ability to train and support users in Zoho functionalities and troubleshooting
  • Detail-oriented and organized, ensuring data accuracy during migration and system management
