SAP Data Migration Specialist

This is a critical role within the organization that involves leveraging SAP tools and technologies to ensure seamless data transfer between systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Migrate large datasets from various sources into SAP systems using advanced data mapping techniques.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive data migration strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex data migration issues and optimize system performance.
  • Analyze data migration metrics to identify areas for process improvement and implement corrective actions.

Requirements:

  • In-depth knowledge of SAP data migration tools, including data transformation and validation.
  • Proven experience in leading data migration projects in a professional services environment.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Certifications in SAP data migration or related technologies, such as Certified Associate in Data Management (CADM).
