Zoho One Migration Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Zoho One migration specialist to migrate our core operations, including inventory, customer management, sales tracking, invoicing, and integrations, to Zoho One. The ideal candidate will ensure a seamless transition, optimize workflows, and manage the Zoho ecosystem effectively post-migration.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Migrate inventory, customer data, sales records, invoices, and integrations to Zoho One with minimal disruption
  • Configure and optimize Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, and other Zoho applications for sales and financial efficiency
  • Set up third-party integrations using Zoho Flow, Zapier, Make (Integromat), or Pabbly Connect
  • Develop custom Deluge scripts to automate tasks and enhance workflow efficiency
  • Evaluate and implement best practices for system use and security
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Proven expertise in Zoho One (Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Inventory, Zoho Analytics, Zoho Desk, and Zoho Creator)
  • Experience in data migration for inventory, sales, and financial records from other platforms to Zoho
  • Strong knowledge of automation tools (Deluge scripting, Zapier, Make/Integromat, Pabbly Connect)
  • Ability to integrate Zoho APIs with third-party applications
  • Background in business process automation and optimization for retail industries
