Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the migration of our business operations into a cloud-based platform.

Migrate legacy systems into inventory management, customer relationship management, financial and billing applications. Ensure seamless data transfer of customer information, product SKUs, order history and payment systems. Set up user roles, permissions and workflows in Zoho One.

The ideal candidate will have experience with Deluge scripting, client-side scripting and building custom workflows. They should also be proficient in integrating APIs and tools like QuickBooks, Shopify, Google Workspace and Slack. Additionally, they should be skilled in automation platforms like Zapier, Make or Pabbly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Migrate existing systems into cloud-based solutions
  • Transfer data between systems ensuring minimal disruption
  • Set up user access and workflows in Zoho One
  • Integrate third-party platforms for e-commerce, shipping, payment and communication
  • Train internal stakeholders on the use of the platform
  • Provide ongoing system administration and support
  • Develop reports and dashboards for business performance tracking


Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with cloud-based migrations
  • Proven track record in full-cycle cloud migration projects and post-launch system management
  • Proficient in Deluge scripting and client-side scripting
  • Experience in integrating APIs and automation platforms
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent English communication skills
