Job Opportunity

Seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead a data migration initiative.

This role requires exceptional leadership, technical expertise, and communication skills to ensure project success.

  • Lead cross-functional teams in planning and executing data migration projects.
  • Develop and implement effective project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reports throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in leading complex data migration or integration projects.
  • Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, data governance, and quality control.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
  • Advanced skills in tools such as SQL, Python, or data integration platforms.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or CSM certification highly regarded.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage multiple Project leads to ensure Project Timelines are met and risks are triaged.
  2. Ensure Project deliverables and critical path are upheld.
  3. Stakeholder Management and Negotiation skills.
  4. Strength in Documentation, Reporting, Scheduling and Monitoring deliverables from each stakeholder.
  5. Strength in Report Generation and Mastery on Microsoft Office tools (Power BI, Word, PPT and Excel)
