Job OverviewWe are currently seeking a detail-oriented Insurance Portfolio Manager to support our insurance operations. The role involves filling out applications, submitting quotes, and managing quotes through online portals. This position requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with Acord forms and insurance quoting portals is also necessary. We are looking for someone who is highly organized, detail-focused, and able to maintain accurate records.Key Responsibilities:
  • Filling out insurance applications and Acord forms accurately.
  • Submitting quote requests to underwriters via email and tracking responses.
  • Obtaining quotes from online insurance portals and preparing comparative proposals.
  • Communicating with underwriters and clients to ensure timely processing of applications.
  • Maintaining organized records and documentation of all submissions and quotes.
Requirements:
  • Experience in insurance, underwriting support, or account management preferred.
  • Proficiency with Acord forms and insurance quoting portals.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
