High-Volume Automation Specialist

We're seeking an experienced automation specialist to maintain and improve existing workflows for high-volume candidate screening, scoring, and interview processing.

  • Maintain, refine and optimize our current n8n workflows for maximum efficiency.
  • Work closely with our founders and technical lead on development and improvement of our offshore recruitment business.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of working with n8n including building complex workflows and debugging issues.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills across webhooks, HTTP requests, GraphQL and authentication headers.
  • Able to read and write JavaScript with a strong understanding of low-code/no-code logic.
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Sheets, Make, Zapier, Airtable and APIs.
  • Strong attention to detail when testing automations.
  • Experience working with recruitment workflows is highly valued.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Reliable internet connection; own laptop or desktop suitable for the role; quiet working environment.
