This is a hybrid role that combines HR operations and executive support. You will be working closely with senior leadership to ensure internal workflows, people operations, and executive tasks are managed efficiently.
- Manage sensitive data related to payroll, templates, systems, and documentation with precision and accuracy.
- Coordinate meetings across departments and time zones to facilitate collaboration and communication.
- Make purchases on behalf of the organization in line with established procedures.
- Source resumes and assist with applicant tracking processes to streamline recruitment efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of HR-related lists and databases.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to employee inquiries and routing concerns to the appropriate channels.
- Support senior leadership in creating and formatting presentations to effectively communicate key messages.
We are seeking an individual with:
- Experience in HR administration and/or executive support, preferably in a fast-paced or startup environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain high levels of productivity.
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in data entry and comfort working with systems, spreadsheets, and other internal tools.
