Client Success Professional

We are seeking a skilled Client Success Professional to join our team. As a key member of our Client Success team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily communications with clients, responding promptly to requests and questions.
  • Partner with our Client Success Manager to execute account strategy and meet performance objectives.
  • Work closely with internal teams to drive corrective actions for our enterprise clients.
  • Utilize CRM tools to manage client interactions and track updates.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
  • 2+ years of client-facing or account support experience (Enterprise SaaS or services industry preferred).
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
