Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and possess strong analytical abilities.

The Recruiting Coordinator will provide exceptional support to candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive experience from initial outreach to onboarding.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Scheduling interviews and managing calendars for multiple hiring managers
  • Tracking recruiting activities and providing consistent feedback to stakeholders
  • Creating and maintaining a seamless candidate experience through the interview process
  • Administering recruiting tests and assignments to assess candidate skills
  • Maintaining data integrity within our Applicant Tracking System

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of administrative experience with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Ability to conduct various types of interviews (online, phone)
  • Strong and stable internet connection to facilitate video calls

Desirable Qualities:

  • Proactive project management skills
  • Experience in recruiting, administering online interviews, and/or human resources
