As a human resources coordinator, you will be responsible for sourcing qualified candidates, conducting phone screens, and managing interviews. You will also collaborate with hiring managers to align on hiring needs and timelines.

The Ideal Candidate
  • Has recruiting experience, preferably in the healthcare industry
  • Is confident on the phone and has excellent follow-up skills

  • Has experience with recruitment software and platforms
  • Understands healthcare credentialing, onboarding, and licensing basics
  • Is highly organized and detail-oriented
