Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 1+ years of recruitment experience in the healthcare industry
  • Confidence on the phone, great follow-up skills, and ability to close candidates
  • Proactivity, self-management, and ability to juggle multiple tasks at once
  • Ability to source creatively using multiple platforms and AI tools
  • Experience with recruitment software and compliance tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
