Job Title

We are seeking a skilled Reputation and Community Specialist to join our team. As a Reputation and Community Specialist, you will play a crucial role in strengthening and protecting our clients' online presence.

About the Role

In this position, you will monitor key review platforms daily for new activity, craft empathetic and professional responses, and support initiatives that encourage positive client feedback. You will also leverage AI tools and automation platforms to streamline processes, track performance, and deliver actionable insights.

Main Responsibilities
  • Monitor and Respond to Reviews: Monitor major review platforms daily for new activity and draft timely, professional responses to customer reviews.
  • Community Building: Assist in implementing outreach campaigns to encourage satisfied clients to leave positive reviews.
  • Performance Tracking: Track review performance metrics and generate regular reports.
Requirements
  • A background in community management or customer success roles is required.
  • You should have experience in customer service, reputation management, or community building.
  • The ability to design workflows and execute tasks efficiently is essential.
  • Basic Google Sheets/Excel proficiency for trackers and reporting is necessary.
