Job Title: Community Officer for Marketing Communications Group

About the Role:

This position is responsible for engaging audiences effectively across various social media channels to drive brand awareness and improve net sentiment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support the Social Media Manager in developing and executing community engagement strategies on social media platforms.
  • Directly interact with assigned channel audiences and other identified virtual communities through social media accounts to build relationships and enhance reputation.
  • Listen, understand queries, and provide suitable responses at first contact where possible.
  • Moderate all user-generated content in line with each channel's moderation policy.
  • Analyze social data, metrics, insights, and best practices to continuously improve target Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaborate with other departments to manage corporate reputation.
  • Perform assigned tasks or projects from other verticals within the organization as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or related fields.
  • At least 2 years of work experience in Communications or Reputation Management, especially in Online Channels.

This role requires willingness to work onsite and be based in Makati.
