Job Overview

The Digital Reputation Specialist will oversee the management of our organization's online presence across various platforms, ensuring a consistent, professional brand voice and adherence to industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and respond to online reviews on platforms such as Google, BBB, Trustpilot, Glassdoor, Yelp, etc.
  • Track and engage with relevant conversations on Reddit, Twitter, LinkedIn, and other social media channels.
  • Draft responses that align with our brand voice, addressing both positive and negative reviews professionally and empathetically.
  • Elevate sensitive or compliance-related issues to internal leadership before responding.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on online sentiment, trends, and competitor activity.
  • Collaborate closely with leadership to ensure messaging aligns with regulatory standards.
  • Develop processes for timely responses and ongoing monitoring.
