We're seeking a highly skilled
Executive Assistant
with strong experience in
online reputation management and administrative support
. This role will focus on
monitoring and managing Reddit comments, generating positive app store reviews, and handling other high-priority tasks
to support the executive team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor Reddit threads and respond appropriately to protect and enhance brand reputation
  • Develop strategies to counter inaccurate or negative posts/comments
  • Generate and coordinate positive app store reviews through legitimate channels
  • Track and report on online sentiment and reputation metrics
  • Provide ad hoc administrative support, including scheduling, research, and project coordination
  • Serve as a point person for urgent, high-visibility brand issues

Minimum Qualifications

  • Proven experience in online reputation management, social listening, or digital community engagement
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Strong problem-solving ability and discretion in sensitive matters
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Tech-savvy with knowledge of social media and app store platforms
