Key responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring social media conversations and responding appropriately to maintain a positive brand image
  • Developing strategies to address negative or inaccurate content
  • Coordinating the creation and publication of positive app store reviews
  • Tracking and analyzing online sentiment and reputation metrics
  • Providing general administrative support, including scheduling, research, and project coordination
