Job Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Integration Specialist to join our team. In this critical role, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements, design and develop innovative solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, and connect various applications to systems such as SharePoint, Dataverse, SQL, and third-party services.


Responsibilities
  • Develop custom business applications using PowerApps (Canvas and Model-Driven) to meet specific business needs
  • Create and manage automated workflows using Power Automate to streamline processes
  • Integrate PowerApps with key systems including SharePoint, Microsoft Dataverse, SQL Server, Dynamics 365, and external APIs to enhance data exchange and application functionality
  • Customize and extend PowerApps using PowerFx or JavaScript to optimize performance and user experience
  • Work with business users to gather requirements and transform them into functional applications that meet their needs
  • Ensure security, governance, and compliance in the app environment to protect sensitive information
  • Document solutions and train end users on new applications as needed
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, Operations, and Business Analysts to drive project success
  • Support ongoing app enhancements and troubleshooting to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications
  • At least 3+ years of experience working with Microsoft Power Platform, particularly PowerApps and Power Automate
  • Strong understanding of data modeling, relational databases, and integration techniques to drive efficient solutions
  • Experience with SharePoint Online, Dataverse, and/or SQL to leverage key systems and technologies
  • Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, PowerShell, or custom connectors to enhance data exchange and application functionality
  • Background in automation and process improvement to drive efficiency and productivity
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills to work effectively with stakeholders
