About the Role

As a Client Services Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of virtual assistants and ensuring that their performance aligns with client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing day-to-day operations, planning, and problem-solving to meet client-set targets.
  • Partnering with clients to create task lists for productivity and profitability.
  • Working with clients to help grow their businesses through Global Medical's services.
  • Medical Client-VA management.
  • Client needs management with Global Medical's services (concern mitigation, growth anticipation, pattern identification, situation handling, high-level escalations, negotiations, etc.).
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A degree in a medical or healthcare-related field is preferred.
  • At least three years of experience in Healthcare/Medical Management/Remote Management (familiarity with operational processes).
  • High proficiency in the English Language (both written and oral).
  • Ability to perform under pressure and work with high-level professionals in a team environment.
  • Self-starter and highly motivated; focused, organized, and growth-minded.
  • One year of Training and Development experience (preferred but not required).
  • Thinking outside the box: ability to understand requirements and create solutions if necessary.
  • Efficiency with MS Office applications and Google Suite.
  • Open to working night shifts.
