Our company is seeking an experienced HR Team Lead to provide leadership and guidance to our Human Resources team.

The successful candidate will oversee day-to-day HR operations, allocate tasks based on team members' strengths and workload, and contribute to the development and implementation of Human Resources strategies aligned with organizational goals.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership and direction to the HR team
  • Oversee all aspects of HR operations on a daily basis
  • Assign tasks to HR team members based on their strengths and workload requirements
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of HR strategies that align with business objectives
  • Forecast future workforce needs and implement plans to address talent gaps
  • Manage complex employee relations issues, investigations, and conflict resolution
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations across the EMEA region
  • Identify training needs, develop training programs, and support the professional growth of HR team members
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning within the HR department
  • Oversee the performance management process, including goal setting, evaluations, and feedback
  • Work closely with managers to address performance issues and implement improvement plans
  • Ensure consistent application of HR policies and procedures throughout the EMEA region
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Human Resources
  • 3 to 4 years of experience in EMEA HR operations
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills are essential
  • Able to work effectively in a multicultural and diverse environment
  • In-depth understanding of labor laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices across the EMEA region
