We are looking for a hands-on and results-driven Operations Manager. This role is crucial to ensuring a smooth, efficient, and customer-friendly experience for our walk-in applicants and driver-partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the verification and processing of driver-partner applicants.
  • Supervise cashiering operations and gear sales transactions.
  • Ensure accurate inventory tracking and cash handling.
  • Develop and implement innovative strategies and procedures to optimize operational efficiency and productivity.
  • Gather, analyze, and act upon feedback and issues from customers, continuously improving our operational processes.
  • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities that may impact the business, and develop proactive solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with departments such as Driver Management, Marketing, Product Development, Special Projects, and Offsite Operations to drive cross-functional initiatives.
  • Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall success of the operations team.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor in operations, retail, logistics, or service industries.
  • Strong background in customer-facing operations and cash handling
  • Comfortable managing both administrative and frontline staff.
  • Knowledge of basic reporting tools (e.g., Google Sheets, Excel).
  • Willing to work onsite in Cagayan De Oro, with a 6-day workweek.
