Job Title: IT Provisioning Engineer

We are seeking an experienced IT Provisioning Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with other engineers and technicians to onboard new clients and services. Onboarding includes documentation, assessing the client environment, and deploying tools.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3+ years in IT, with 2+ years of experience in start-to-finish deployment of IT solutions preferred.
  • Technical Skills:
    • All current Windows operating systems
    • Active Directory and Group Policy understanding
    • 365 knowledge specific to administration
    • Firewall assessment and understanding
    • Networking concepts
  • Desirable Skills:
    • MSP experience
    • Onboarding-specific experience
    • VMware experience
    • Apple product experience
