Job Opportunity: Senior Financial Expert

About the Position

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented professional to lead our accounting department. As a key member of our team, you will oversee complex financial functions, manage reporting and compliance, and provide strategic insights that drive informed business decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversight of full-cycle accounting operations, including general ledger management, financial statement preparation, and month/year-end close procedures.
  • Leadership in the preparation and review of tax returns (individual, corporate, partnership) ensuring accuracy and adherence to relevant laws.
  • Provision of strategic financial guidance to stakeholders based on thorough analysis and reporting.
  • Conducting financial audits, risk assessments, and internal controls evaluations.
  • Supervision and mentorship of junior accountants and staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
Qualifications
  • Holding an active CPA license is mandatory.
  • A minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience, including supervisory or leadership roles.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite).
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • High integrity and commitment to accuracy and confidentiality.
