Job Description:

As a seasoned expert in provisioning support, you will have the opportunity to play a pivotal role in a rapidly expanding global team. Your technical expertise and guidance will be instrumental in driving success for both the team and our customers.

  • Monitor and resolve provisioning tickets on a global scale.
  • Provide critical guidance to team members or engage directly with customers to resolve complex issues via phone, remote session or email communication.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of provisioning workflows and processes within the global support framework.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience with SAP or ERP systems, with a focus on identity management and authentication.
  • Expertise in writing complex database queries to troubleshoot and resolve intricate issues.
  • Strong understanding of user lifecycle management, including provision, onboard and offboard users, along with relevant access and job roles.
  • Experience with role-based access control and Segregation of Duties (SoD).
  • Familiarity with LDAP and Active Directory protocols.
